I'm from the Boise area and currently sell investment properties in both Boise and Salt Lake City.  

The crawl space was spray foamed to the umpteenth degree so it didn’t make a lot of sense to me, but it never got so bad that we needed to do anything.

Anyone know of either 100 percent brokers or investor friendly brokers in Utah/Salt Lake County areas to hang my license with while doing mainly real estate investing?

Bad for us developers but good for those who own property and see prices rise as supply dries up.Lots of macro info there and take all of it with a grain of salt, but hopefully it helps you to get a feel for Eagle as a market separate from the rest of Boise or Meridian.Finally -- if you really are interested in Eagle, we are under construction on two spec patio homes that would fit a rental scenario well.  

We paint ceilings and walls before flooring to avoid any splatters (especially if we're spraying) but baseboard trim usually gets done after flooring is in because it often requires new baseboard or at least quarter round.

I'm more of a wholesaler than a rehabber (but I've done my share), so take whatever I say with a grain of salt. 

It was sprayed on and the guys had to wear masks, gloves, etc.
