Iv found the vacant property of my dreams with great bones and structure , the owners own the title free and clear only problem I'm having now is where are these owners 🤔 iv been calling around in search mode getting hung up on, calling wrong numbers, calling disconnected landlines and pronouncing people's names wrong , yea it's tough but I really want this property this may be early stages of attachment but oh well 😁 So my Question is : Is there a more accurate absentee owner website or app you guys recommend for finding addresses, emails & phone numbers ??

Not only do you have a situation involving safety, and asking them to solve the problem, fix it, and on top of it pay money to fix it, is beyond the imagination, skills and finances of most tenants.

Since my wife and I both work and our LO is in daycare full-time, just want to build a big enough safety blanket so that we could cover mortgage + daycare and vacancy during rehab before we get a tenant in place.

@Bryan Devitt thank you, I mean warrants for money owed are obviously like bad on every level disregarding safety and law but on these cases where people can get locked in a cage for something that, like you mentioned, you have to wonder if your two steps from someone being in that case?
