Hello, I used to have umbrella with GEICO that was pretty affordable, but once I purchased over 4 properties, they refused to carry my insurance and referred me to their sister company RLI.

One of my bankers referred me to a GC she has built spec homes with successfully.

I went through the 590a document to which you referred me but could not find anything to that effect. 

It may also be referred to as net income.

BRRRR is still possible in OKC, (it’s actually easy here, but I’m assuming you are referring to a perfect $0 cash-left-in BRRRR, which is more challenging for sure).We’ve got a nice stable market with lots to appreciate, but I’d put most of our wholesalers on a different list than “things to appreciate about OKC” . . .
