I have 8 rental properties and need to get a CC. Anyone have a great experience with a CC? Specifically looking for cash back advantages. WILL PAY OFF 100% MONTHLY, so not worried about interest rates.Any advice app...

Any landlords in C-class areas in NY that sign year leases are giving all the proverbial cards to the tenant, in my opinion.(2)  Any of your aforementioned fees are considered "advances" under the NYS HSTPA of 2019, and are prohibited; you cannot charge any such fees in NYS.(3)  I ONLY accept direct deposit. 

Open up a credit card line and pay it off every month.

Think credit card type rates...People are being led to believe that they don't need any money to invest in real estate, that they can get a hard money loan even with poor credit, no money in the bank and no assets.

Maybe send him a post card or give him a call in month and see if his position has changed.

Pay your credit cards down to 28% of the credit limit and make your payments on time.  

If you plan on using credit cards, have a separate and exclusive credit card account as well for the rental property.
