If you are purely interested in profit, I don’t recommend it, but if, as you say, you want to use it yourself, buy the best deal you can find and then enjoy it.

So these folks get taxed on their assets through inflation and taxed AGAIN because they don't know step-up rules and other fancy games.I guess this wouldn't be a purely regressive tax because those with little income likely have little in the way of assets either.
