This place definately lowers my blood pressure on a daily basis.

I've heard crazy high numbers and crazy low numbers.I've also come to realize that location, market pressures, and marketing pieces are all so variable that it's difficult, if not impossible, to come up with a number that any one single person can hang their hat on.So I'm taking an educated guess at what my returns will be and when they'll start to come in.

We are content with where we currently are, but I feel pressure to move faster, do more, show more results based on some of the info and people on the site.We started investing much later, in our 40's, when we were starting to see free time again after getting the kids through their youngest years.  

A lot of my colleagues fell pressured to "kiss a$$" to our supervisors instead of doing what they feel is right for our kids because they are worried about getting marked down on their evaluations and therefore getting less of a raise.I don't need their raises because I make that from my rentals.

It's hard to keep up with the changing markets, trends and rules if you're not actually in the business, and if you rely on coaching to make the bulk of your money, there's pressure to make lots of money from coaching regardless of your student's results.

I think these web sites are sold to people who want to be wholesalers by high-pressure gurus.

I agree they don't use high pressure tactics.
