Are there places other then Airbnb/VRBO that we need to be advertising and does anybody have the break down of what percentage is coming from which platform?

Old school e--mail platforms like aol, cs,  Yahoo, etc show seasoning. 

I also like note investing and platforms like Fundrise that returned around 22% last year. 

I'm considering getting into mobile home investing and ran into John Fedro's mobile home formula education program and am wanting to use it, but I'd like to know if anyone has used it? If so what was your experience?

Collecting rent, screening tenants, broadcasting your units can be handled very easily through a good online platform.  

It can sync your calendars, automate messages so you never miss a check in/ check out, improves your response time on the platforms, and many other integrations.

This has now lead me to this platform where I am currently looking at purchasing my first rental property, a bit late at 30, but rather late than never!

Then you can find a couple other tools to handle the rest.I have very robust management software, but I still use a different platform for marketing, another for inspections, another for office communications, another for spreadsheets, etc. 

Their messaging platform is horrible.

Trying to decide which platforms are best!
