I desperately need help...Has anyone ever submitted an application to Cook County for a Special Use/Unique Use permit?

Custodians are permitted to custody assets held in an IRA under IRC Section 408(n).

Building permits, fees for water, sewer, etc. come to around $50,000 on a house.

It also says lenders are "encouraged to permit an assumption of a real property loan at the existing contract rate or at a rate which is at or below the average between the contract and market rates..."  

This is no longer permitted in New York.

Still working the issue but usage for "Child Care Center" is "Permitted" with the current zoning of the property.  

@Seth Todd so do you need to pull permits to update plumbing and electrical or is it just drywall repair and paint?

Can the owner, obtain the permits, buy materials, and just sign labor contract? 

When I was applying for the building permit I had to get an elevation certificate and the house is 0.74 feet below the BFE.
