Checking social media?

@Josue VargasI'm sorry I accused you of trivializing this, I sure you did not mean to trivialize this social problem or this young man's death by your description. 

We have very little income and are not collecting Social Security yet so are living off of savings and looking for some cash flow.

Every social media site has real estate investors just waiting for you to directly reach out to them to serve them deals for their buy and hold or fix and flip business.

I have put a lot of sweat equity into both properties, but unfortunately my social "life" has suffered to say the least haha.

You get taxed at the highest personal gains bracket and pay social security like an employer (for you and you as employer).For 28 years I have taught my students my COLONY TYPE INVESTING.  

Again, it would be nice to gauge the market based off numbers, but we can’t ignore political, social and other economic factors that may affect the market. 

Maybe in a unit in a duplex.Bruce, I also looked at the fact that evictions are rarely an issue and these short term "tenants" cause very little damage when marketed correctly and screened correctly (Screening through social media and reviews as well as are they in town guests or last minute requests etc... are key).

I  just keep them in place .. much cheaper and talk about work having to find another tenant is much more work than just milking them along.the discount for early pay won't do much with a 600 dollar tenant either.. they simply have no money  that cant pay what they don't have.. its like folks think these folks have savings accounts and are doing it on purpose.. one is social  IE its simply not their priorities in their lives like it is in yours.thats my take on C class.... if you don't like whats currently happening .. then sell and buy nicer property .my A class everyone is on ACH  never a worry.. my C class over the years is exactly as described.
