I don't believe in making perfect the enemy of the good.

In this time, I plan on paying off all my debts, saving up some safety money, possibly starting an LLC, and obtaining my real estate license (currently 12 hours into my 75 hour course).I live in a college town that's perfect for rentals, so I'm thinking on my first purchase, I'll buy a home to rent out to college students (with parent's cosigning of course).

You review it and because of its attributes (this one only need paint), it’s perfect for your buyer “Fred.”

But if you have one of their locks good luck.In closing I will add that if you manage only one home, or a few units, this lock may be the perfect solution for you.

If your time slots overlap, don’t worry.

Even worse than HAVING a bad panel would be replacing a perfectly GOOD one!!

He/she should be perfectly capable of doing a punch list and even picking out colors/textures that will get the house sold.

In my experience the premier agent position isn't worth it unless you 1) have more than 50% of the time slots, and 2) have more 5 star reviews than anyone else that will be listed as an agent in the area.
