Adding 20-100 ft of pex should not increase your current $300 cost measurably but for me it would add lots of peace of mind.

My best advice is to a deep breath and look the other way for a while.

In light of the "Detroit bashing" which is often common here on BP, you're posts and the post of others like you who can see the forest for the trees and dare I say, somewhat optimistic, are a breath of fresh air.

For the small annual cost and huge peace of mind, I'll pay a pro anytime.......

He will just be creating his own competition not that your probably really any competition .. but I would not hold my breath waiting for this.the more I think about the sub too wrap especially with Dodd Frank  I can only see someone who really does not know what they are doing even attempting those , with properties as you described its a fools errand that one.But I wish you the best in your pursuits like you said you have nothing to risk but your time. 

We won the eviction case in front of Justice of the Peace here in Pennsylvania.
