I am 19 about to take my first steps into the real estate game!

Waiting to time the market is a tough game. be shrewd.

I came into this field having been an investor, so I already had "some" knowledge of the game.

I put in offers nearly every week, and every so often get to yell, "GAME ON!"

On this list, I have seen plenty of properties for prices under $10,000 and the strange thing is that they are on there because they were not sold at the commissioner's sale which is sale in which the property is sold with liens attached after it is repossessed for tax delinquency, and it is also fair game for counter offers.

The sweet spot I've seen is about every other day (or about 3 times a week).Instagram stories are a different game.

So I found out today that the people who’ve owned it have owned it since 1973 and I believe it’s been a rental property majority of that time so I’m assuming they’re getting older and trying to get out of the game.
