You just need to communicate with the right people.If you have done your research and know for fact that you want to go out of state, then the best advice I can give you is to be patient.  

I'm very patient.

I will stop by on the weekend for a follow up inspection.Later outside I had to cheer up my plumber and thank him for being so patient dealing with the situation.

I worked in a convalescent hospital when I was in high school, and their policy for patients with this same condition was to use a certain tool or instrument to "section" or cut/slice the bm before flushing. 

Being patient enough to hear possible solutions may require hearing comments delivered less favorable than preferred. 

I would have the home owner (administrator) call the Medicaid claims department and tell them the patient has died and that the home has no equity.

He was quite helpful and patient through the entire process.

It's not for altruistic reasons, though (being a trainer in the past) I do get some level of satisfaction from knowing I was the catalyst for knowledge.I do it for a few solid reasons.First, I am looking for action-takers. 

Be patient, other deals will come along that will make way more sense than what you were looking at.Best and to your success,Howie
