After asking for advice from some family that has done this type of work in the past and learning several different methods online i was ready to tackle the what seemed impossible tub remodel.I'm not going to bore you with all the little things that i learned that need to be done but i ended up going with the cement backerboard method.

In my past life in the guru business (as you well know) I found they rarely delivered anything close to what they implied or even promised.

(Looking for indication of calling within 48 hours of initial request, first visit within 3 days [assuming its not urgent],  etc)-When do you initiate collection on past due rent? 

Some will have sump pumps that were installed at a later time as well if there were problems in the past, but I recommend against finishing these types of basements.He just purchased this home a year ago for $19,000, so there may be more room to negotiate.

They had paid $135K in 2002.Another friend posted TV news footage of the neighborhood as their boat went past our friend's house.
