After being a partner in a PM company I come to find out a few things to look for when dealing with  a PM co.1. set up a direct pay into your account - dont let funds go into a general acct then get distributed into yours the next month or even within a few days2. set up a reserve fund for maintenance and other expenses that you can fund online.

I know I haven't been online for a while but i just signed up for real estate school finally and will be starting classes next month. 1. what are things that I should expect and look forward to?

Okay, Sorry about the short post I posted, I was driving home from work last night listening to a BP podcasts, at some point Brandon Turner mentioned how important the interaction with other member is... so I figured I would at least start with my first post. 

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Spartanburg, SC and I moved from out of state so I just showed up after doing most everything online and was given a website to go to so that I could get renters insurance, and they said if I got insurance through this website I would only have to pay about $100 for my deposit!!

ESRI offers many free or inexpensive online classes on their ArcGIS software and I'm sure there are CAD/drafting classes at a local college.

Jonathan, Check online for your state approved  Purchase and Sale Agreement, as well as an Assignment of Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Real Estate. 

It could be the on line portal doesn't show all back taxes.
