I think it is best with a solo(k) to take it to the next level and work with a professional such as a CPA or your advisor, to ensure that all your transactions are proper and are not considered prohibited.

The only thing I can add is that she signed the lease on my behalf- the realtor was trying to send me a document for electronic signature, but I couldn’t open it at work, so the realtor sent the document to this person and she put my signature on.
