Is there a way I can look at (for example) page 5 of the most recent discussions, click into a thread and back out to page 5 INSTEAD of being kicked all the way back to page 1? Or am I doing something wrong?

My advice… park your money for a year and make a huge return on that and then look for the correct 1031 investment next year when the real estate landscape is clearer and easier to navigate.

The terminals are 3270 type terminals, so for those born after about 1990 you may need to spend some time with the help menu or (better) have a clerk help you navigate through the F3 and F10 keys.

@Fan Bi I actually was thinking about this further this weekend, and although I wouldn't do anything differently - the ONE thing that comes to mind is that I would be better to invest outside of NY because the landlord tenant laws are so strict here and can be difficult to navigate at times.

The testing information is filed with the county and state and CDPHE, so you can look there for the testing information but it will take some time since the websites are hard to navigate.
