The short answer is to use the Contact Support link in the app to book a demo with Kim or Keith.

There are so many services that even do that all for free (the app I use lists it on 16 sites for free) so if you’re paying a property manager and he can’t deliver on writing a good listing, then I have concerns he’s not going to be good at taking care of your property or responding to tenants either.

There are free apps that help you with managing the entire process (including rent collection, maintenance requests, bookkeeping, ROI overview, and even promoting a new listing whenever you have a vacancy).

Does anybody know about roofstock and if its a good app?

Also, I’m thinking of using an app to collect the money since the house I bought is out-of-state.
