Has anyone had any experience in building an application related to real estate? Would love to hear your process and journey to date!

An example, a 2,100 sq ft, 4/2/2 home was cosmetically upgraded, no structural changes and no over the top finishes, just modernizing a home built in 1963. 

Did a cosmetic flip to modernize the unit; new floors, new cabinets, painted the walls, removed old fixtures, etc.

Strong job market: Columbus has a diverse economy with major employers in industries such as healthcare, education, and technology.

It's a growing city, moving fast into the modern world, though not quite a 24-hour city yet. 

I am an investor and realtor in MN & WI since 1999 and love working w/ eXp as my brokerage due to the collaboration, technology, global reach, revenue share, stock awards, sustainability, & multiple income streams.
