Does the mobile home park have any restrictions on renting out units?

it purports to be from First American title.. but it talks about Florida  the phone number is San Francisco etc etc its just a jumbled mess.. but i suspect folks open these.. we do all our transactions Mail away so we get closing docs like this multiple times a week or sometimes multiples in a day if we are really busy funding or selling..   

Most of the houses have already been sold and rehabbed and the phone numbers are incorrect.

Would I need to require my tenants to connect the timer to their WiFi so I can control the watering from my phone when I move?

I get to know them personally and get their phone numbers.. the buck stops with them normally.. in states out east or north east I am not sure I would risk much to do my own deals.. those areas are much more complicated than the CA OR WA ID NV stuff
