I've got 2 nice properties I'm closing on this month, headed to town to be very intentional about connecting in Toledo and purchasing 1-2 SFR's per month. Would love to connect with local investors, agents and contractors while I'm in town. I have meetings lined up but can fit in meaningful connections. Who's in Toledo!?
