I know they didn't charge you labor, but the warranty is only good for the first year, and if the rehab quality is questionable, and you already have about $500 in parts and labor when everything should be functioning at their best, I wouldn't be surprised if the amount increases every year and the labor warranty would be gone starting year 2.I want to clarify that I am not saying brand new things don't break, but in your case it doesn't sound like things are breaking, they rather are just missing or not working or working poorly.Once again, I apologize for the long post and maybe sounding completely ridiculous on small maintenance items.
