i'm in hopedale MA. i use rentredi for tenant payments. no complaints, simple, i like it. a BANK that also offers rent collection seems over the top to me. i'd rather keep using my small local bank. i also don't keep security deposits because the laws in MA re: how they can be used are so insane that i'd rather just not deal with it.

Other strategies such as fix and flip or house hacking don't really appeal to me as constantly seeking out opportunities in hopes of generating large amounts of cash is not a part of my nature.Also, your local REIA will be an awesome resource for you.

Ashford has some of the strongest Airbnb occupancy rates in the state, and lower average purchase prices than many other mountain markets, although prices are going up as this quiet town gains more local and national awareness.Packwood is a popular cabin / vacation town, close to one of the entrances to Mt Ranier & White Pass Ski Resort.
