How would you know without checking on both properties, and again, I have no idea what you signed.I suggest you see your attorney, a simple letter may do the trick and coming from your attorney, it will carry more weight with the neighbor. :)

Here the City spent over 30K removing wipes from one sewer lift station last autumn (they have four more pumps that are partially clogged) and took over 3-tonne of them to the landfill.

The amortizations will be different, rates wanted are usually different by a seller, disclosures and taxes are  to weighted average yields over each payment period, it gets complicated.
