Hello Beth, this is where the learning takes place, the more at-bats you have with this type of potential client gets you prepped and that is how you can convert more sales.

I'm starting to learn it all as far as equity, house hacking... all of it. 

Instead of being grateful that we worked together to grow their business with my capital, I was made to feel like a nuisance because I asked for information about my loan and evidence to support his claims. 0/10 would recommend these people. hopefully it comes to a good conclusion as it seems like not done yet.I am sure you have some good lessons learned like late fees etc.

I’d suggest to go to some meetups to learn about the area or work with someone. 

What you're seeing is a lesson I didn't learn until after I'd lost a lot of money: It's really, really hard to find properties that cash flow well.

@Carl Busch If you're planning to wholesale, it's best to focus on a specific niche and learn the values inside and out.
