Short-term flip?

Long short I never paid them a dime for said violations, but even right before closing they tried to fine me for my tenants AC unit....Phew, out of that mess!

The only time it makes sense to seller finance is if it needs considerable rehab and you hold a loan short term (12 months) to let them fix it up.

Of course the pay and weather are great, but from the eyes of someone who has lived there for a short time, it doesn't seem like a city where houses should cost $1.5 million.

Personally I prefer the shower with the glass door because I feel it leads to less water leaking and therefore less floor damage and wall damage down the road due to inappropriate shower curtain usage.

Long story short, the bank wrote off the loan.

Took a couple years to find then a  couple to build leads sources around but it's nice having specific clients to work with.

In short, the carrier will factor in depreciation at the time of loss which would significantly reduce your payout on a claim.Lastly, and always, review your limits with your agent.
