The only time it makes sense to seller finance is if it needs considerable rehab and you hold a loan short term (12 months) to let them fix it up.

Personally I prefer the shower with the glass door because I feel it leads to less water leaking and therefore less floor damage and wall damage down the road due to inappropriate shower curtain usage.
