I would also consider installing a dog run in the back yard, with lease language that mandates pets need to either be crated or in the run when the owner is not home, and full grown pets must be able to fit through the doggy door.

I have a commercial real estate company and I have tried all of the outsourcing over the years.It never works out as their is divided interests.Overseas people there is time zone conflicts,language barriers, unpredictable weather storms and power sources etc.In the states I found that the virtual assistance companies charge about as much as if you had a full time employee!
