The farthest most college kids will live out of town is Kachina/Mountainaire, which is just 7 miles south of town. 

The unwed woman on welfare with six kids had an unauthorized occupant in the house (the baby daddy) and she knew that was grounds for eviction, as was Damage.

This is the best thing my wife and I did when we graduated college and before having kids. 

I’ve been doing my homework for months now on real estate investing and now that I’m familiar with the route I want to take and have a business plan together in sort, I think the next step is connecting with other investors, agents, contractors, mentors, etc.

Well life happened and now it is just me and the kids, If I leave my 40 hrs a week I will need to somehow still provide insurance for me and the kids.

Kids are raised to go to school, go to college, get a good job, and retire at 65...it's probably not her fault that she wants to "play it safe,"  but nobody ever got rich/wealthy off playing it safe, unless you won the lottery. 

One guest may have 5 kids in there every evening that have played hard all day and are dirty and sweaty when they get in.
