Just found a potential way to get started.

Hello, I just recently moved to Houston with my girlfriend with the hopes of getting a new start.

We officially moved to PA about a year ago and we are ready to start looking at getting a rental here.

 Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ?

Starting in REI can already be a little nerve racking, so I recommend doing your first deal on the easiest mode you can to build your confidence and build your skill set.If I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a personal home with 3-5% down then repeat every 12-18 months.

Also knowing how to start and getting it laid out right.
