So I wanted to post quarterly about my progress for this year to possibly inspire other newbies and receive pointers from the pros, and well I'm 30 days behind.

Since joining I've been more inspired to continue my education and repeat/ follow successful systems in place!

As long as the Bay Area doesn't end up like the textile business in NC... or like Boston for quite a while after the tech correction in 2001... your local REI should remain the envy of the country.
