The response I received was basically "We aren't sure why it was more, we used an independent contractor, ask them." 

You do nothing but collect a check and have tax depreciation based on your individual situation.

But any response time greater than that is an issue.If they don't communicate via email and instead fax or call you......need I say more?

I assume we will just treat this as ordinary income for the company and split it according to our by laws at the end of the year with our individual K-1s.My questions is , does this sound accurate?

Not long after posting that, we found a multi in Boston that was a more "responsible" investment, haha.

Our partnership agreement is that we both are responsible for the everything, 50/50.The question is, How do we put the title into an LLC, legally so the bank won't be able to call the note?
