You should know your tenants life inside out before you rent to them.

I would make it my personal mission to get this person out of my life if they pressed the issue and brought it in against my will .

You can make your own income in this life. 

And, in fact, Accounting is my declared major as of now.Anyway, now that I'm about 3/4 done with my freshman year, I have thought a lot about what I want to do with my life.
