So far that program with bigger pockets are 2 of the 3 vest investments I have done. he not only teach how to wholesale, but also how to grow and run it as a business.

@Sebastian Konior commented, yes there are some areas of Milwaukee that are a little riskier than others and where the $4k - $5k multi-families are located they are in the D neighborhoods, however there are some great areas that are in the Milwaukee city limits but in B+ neighborhoods.There is a great area that borders Wauwatosa, which is a great town that is growing.

My husband had no exposure to RE growing up. 

We can then see where it grows organically from there with all the ideas that get thrown around at the meet-up.

Just not how I wanted to spend my days long-term.My "job" now is to figure out how I'll continue to grow my real estate portfolio, since the investment model I used to get where I'm at, is no longer viable in the market I've been in.
