I hadn't had a chance to develop a relationship with a local back since I moved to Wichita almost a year ago so I'm working to grow with one to improve this process in the future..

Keep working with individual investors, one of them may grow to be full time or if you are buying properties that meet the criteria of a big group and they see your name again and again they may reach out to you.

@Slocomb Reed not going to lie....being a proud westsider... and growing up in Westwood... it's good to see 25-35 year old friends moving into parts of Westwood.

I would like to know whay your thoughts are on this idea and how I can grow my real estate portfolio from that point.

Or buy rental properties for cash flow and build as much as you can and keep growing even if you achieved a comfortable life style?

You just may find yourself addicted to growing and learning!

Seriously, it's a great book, and I'm moving out of state in December so I can't wait to watch this thing grow and stabilize the rent over time. 

This would result in higher consumer prices.

And they will keep you compliant with all those nifty federal laws designed 'help' the consumer.
