Join a REI group to find some good deals being wholesaled. 

If you are looking for a good REIA then come check out the PIG group which we meet the second Tuesday of the month at the Pensacola Bay Center at 6:30.

I did however, bump into a few people in the parking lot and they spoke highly of the group.  

When I first moved to Massachusetts, it was difficult to find a friend group who knew their way around power tools,  however this summer I have made a few new friends that have benefited me greatly.

I've started and host a monthly meetup group in Bend for Real Estate Investments and Strategies where we're looking to build out a network of investors from all sides of the business to work together on a local stage.
