We just got back from visiting the area and have decided that we want to buy in Bradenton, FL since that area seems to fit us best and our future needs while also still being within our current price range (<$450k).I have already listened and watched many BP webinars and podcasts and am about to purchase David’s book, start with strategy since I feel that’s the best next step for me and my husband to get our plan onto paper and to solidify our thoughts together (all while still saving money of course!).

I'm not as concerned with how the future tenant will e-sign it as they can always print it out on their end and sign it, scan it, and send it back to me, but with that said I'm not even sure if that's legally binding?
