Tell your family and friends what you do to see if they are interested, if not start advertising your deal, if it's a good deal you will find cash buyers and most likely a private lender as well Another way is to run ads looking for private money to score a good deal Good luck @Brian G.

That price included pumping, chemically treating, and ultimately collapsing the septic tank, directional boring 3/4 of the way around the house (.39 acre lot), two cleanouts installed, and he even removed a damaged cast iron stack pipe which had cracked in my foundation and updated it to PVC at no charge.I gave the overpriced $4,000 water equipment to a friend who had suffered from hard water and haven't had an issue with my new city water/sewer setup yet.Contact me if you'd like to chat further.

I'd rather have an awesome duplex in a great neighborhood than a 4plex in a slum.... if I didn't have any management experience.So: Go to a lender, get pre-approved for a multi-family residential owner occupied loan.

I had to do that when i started in the State a Year ago...Building a team I can trust in the Cities I work in had to be no I for me...Love my teams have visited most of them by now and am so happy with my choices some are well on the way to becoming life long friends..ps even with spell check hate typing love chatting and meeting new people
