Can someone recommend an investor friendly lawyer in Ulster county or near areas

I have been able to raise millions of dollars just by asking friends, family, attorneys, CPA's, real estate agents  etc..

Hi I'm new to the group, do you guys know any investor friendly title company that can do assignment contracts and double closing in Stockton.

I have a bunch of friends who have been renting there for years and will likely purchase in the area because they love it.

Friends, maybe I can clarify my position a little.

I also have geologist friends in the field and considered throwing them some cash and letting them do their thing, but drilling can cost millions and wouldn’t provide diversification, so i am not on that level.For mining operations, the only one I could find was Klondike Strike by Red Cloud.
