But hey you deal with the cards that are dealt you.WE do our own closings frequently throughout the year.. we can call customer service and get a date down on the phone in 90 seconds.. and we can have them send over the last recorded deed in 60 seconds then I can just make a new deed.. go get it signed and notarized and have my secretary run to the recorders office and file it..

If it not the Section 8 program I used frequently 15 years ago and the people who are using it may well have been evicted from prior housing and have gotten their Section 8 voucher merely because they have no money and children.Qualify, Qualify, Qualify

Jobs losses, consumer pull back and real estate market seeing more pain.Jobs – unemployment ending the year around 5% I think some markets will adjust another 5-10% but we aren't seeing new inventory hit the market as frequent.

My children live in the greater Cleveland area so I visit frequently but don't invest there but my rank speculation would be that in the city proper decline may be due to a shortage of modern, updated housing options that may improve as projects currently under construction complete.
