@Brian H. what I meant by that is, and correct me if I misunderstood, but if you are using an LLC and are under contract with one property and refinancing another, this is fine under the same LLC.

You just need to get good at REI ASAP so you can make better offers.Then like I said in my previous message (it was not meant to scold you mind you), if you can't find a buyer for a property the most common reason is: The price simply is not a good price.Either:1). it wasn't a motivated seller and you signed the contract for way too much.2) You severely underestimated the Cost Of Repairs, and it is just not a deal for buyers.Remember this my man, getting the contract signed is only 90% of the way IFFFFF you truly have a deal on your hands.Walk away.

I figured that is what you meant .....this appraisal shorfall becomes an issue if your intial plan was to put a low down payment down ... what would be the down payment plan if you offered 770K ?
