There are plenty of Ubers, most will drive here, and you have no control over the people drinking on the road (Party Panhandle) nor the guests using your vehicles....I feel there is too much liability.

How do you feel about new construction?

I'm shooting to create enough passive income in the next 5 years so I can sell my current businesses and refocus my energies on creating a comfortable life for my wife and I.
