I know this is an age old debate, but what kind of rentals are your favorite?

We had more than 20 10Xers on the flight, some of whom I still connect with today.Great conference, Jesse was my favorite and Grant never disappoints.  

My favorite is the big box stores like Target, Walmart, Costco, Sams Club, Best Buy, etc.

I think I am going to look into Podio as it seems to be the majority favorite.

Hence, my venture into real estate.My goals are to use rental property investing to supplement my retirement savings, generate stable cash flow and within 10 years, be able to replace my W-2 income and go into real estate investing full time.Other than investing, my hobbies are anything outdoors: mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, hiking and spending time with my wife and our spoiled dog, Gunner.I look forward to becoming an active member of BiggerPockets, continuing to learn and grow, and share my experiences with the community!

If any one of the "smaller systems", or "components" break down...the "main system" fails.A few examples would be the "assembly Line", a "house", or my favorite...the "human body".In my case, my system depends on 3 Main systems:  1)  Market Analysis...which tells me where to invest;  2) How Money Works...which tells me How to invest;  3) a Plan...which tells me when to invest.
