Problem is, their lease expires Feb 1, 2016 and my wife and I are not sure if we should renew their lease or not.

Their lease expires in August and they have reached out to renew.

Be aware that most POAs expire after 1 year, so we always add that this POA with will be in effect until said mortgage on property is fully satisfied.

If the contingencies expire, and the buyer doesn't close, the seller keeps the EM.

Just found out that Santander is closing a branch I own with a couple of years remaining on their NNN lease. Anyone have experience with similar situation? With they continue to pay through the end of the lease? Will ...

Current rental lease which I share with my partner is set to expire at the end of this year and I would love to hear about experiences/challenges in this area. 

So until their license expires next may I cannot apply for one.
