So, if in this world I'd invest in this opportunity and there was a parallel universe where I invested in the same amount of money in something else entirely, I can easily compare the 2 investments based on their IRR.

The keyword term "quiet title" brought me to this thread.To briefly expand, title company's is in business of selling title insurance, not fixing YOUR title problems.

However, I am no longer in El Paso but hope to expand on my investment in the city.
