Based on the vast posts on this forum, the news, Reddit etc. it’s clear that AIRBNB put their guests first and not their hosts.

Tenants are sticky, maintenance is extremely hands-off and the returns are excellent.

The bad news is the pricing is so bad, running into cash to close issues.
