Hiring Interns for your REI Business
7 February 2013 | 28 replies
If you have a good source of buyers, rehabbers and landlords, wholesaling is pretty much like shooting fish in a barrel, not too hard.OTH, in picking up junkers, there can be some liabilities lurking that are unforseen....that's why I stress a good basic understanding of RE, at least on par with a new RE agent, more is better. And I enjoyed my interns as well, a couple stay in touch and one is in banking in KC the other works in a family equipment leasing business and they both are picking up RE, so I guess something rubbed off...Good luck!

People often ask if they could come by and seem my place and I balk because of concerns over liability. My website is [REMOVED] and I think that if I am able to establish Redbay cottage ( using my current paid for home) I will be able to offer people a unique opportunity to enjoy nature at my place and at nearby parks, while they stay in a centrally located 1900 sq ft cottage within walking distance to our towns new recreation center, skateboard park, numerous festivals, new childrens playground and many many seaside attractions.I have a lawyer who I feel comfortable working with and have read in these forums about establishing an LLC.
