Of what I recall I think the material they test over is about the same, I don't recall though if there are different requirements in continuing education or other things like that.

@Taylor Rider, a great resource is: Start Your Own Corporation by Rich Dad's Advisor, Garrett Sutton Esq., he suggests we start a Nevada or Wyoming LLCs or Corporations for they have stronger corporate protection compared to the other states.Best of luck!
