She was always trying to get rent reductions (i.e. when the AC blew and it took two days to do a complete new HVAC system) and I believe her decision to vacate is based on the fact that when she discovered her glass balcony door was shattered when she got home at 8pm that it took until the next day to get it fixed.Regardless, her deposit is less than one month's rent, and she has't paid.

Go crazy, one year we made cards for a Halloween party with things on them like "do the chicken dance, make an orgasm noise, take a shot, give someone a hickie" and we shuffled them up and handed them out at the door. the throughout the night you could give the card you were given to anyone at the party and they had to do whatever it said on it right then and there no matter where we were (you can also just put all the cards in a hat and make people draw them throughout the night since you're the birthday boy).

=(wonder around how often this happens, and what could have possibly been the motive - beyond robbery - for specifically just barging in on a house and opening fire, i mean is leaving the front door 'open' or unlocked momentarily (by agent, seler, or buyer) while showing the culprit?
