Hello my name is KathiaI'm just getting started with BP podcasts and blogI've just downloaded the starter book haven't read it yet.I'm I the suburban Chicago area but I plan move out south to South Florida Miami area.I just signed up this week for online real estate agent FL pre licensing courses since that's where I plan to be and work.
