How did you find out how agent messed it up?

It’s time to put yourself out there and start attracting clients.

In it’s most basic definition Buy - Purchase a propertyRehab - Value-add with renovations and rehab things that need to be fixedRent - Find tenants to pay your mortgage (and maybe some cash flow)Refinance - Once the property’s value appreciates from rehab and reappraises for more than you purchased it for plus renos, you can use that gained equity to do a cash out refi.

Just trying to think of a creative way to buy it so my mom and brother don't  have to move out.

Now that understand that part, now I need to figure out 1250 recapture rules, for an add back of previously deducted depreciation.I cant figure out how to find, on my tax returns, the total depreciation over the years up to 2023 on each property.

Anyone out there that enjoy using their property management app?

Lenders - Is there a preferred lender for multi-family housing that's owned by out-of-state investors?

Many of the tenants I’ve had are ones moving to the area from out of state.
